Article 1 – Organisation
The company ASCENDANT LEISURE PROPERTIES LIMITED, a Private limited Company, registered with the London Trade and Companies Register under number 10290925, whose registered office is located at Ascendant Leisure Properties Rm 409, Unit 10 The Archives, Tottenham Hale, London, England, N15 4BE (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), is organizing a free contest with no purchase obligation entitled:
“Open House Days”
(hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
Article 2 – Duration of the Contest
The Contest will run from July 1627 2026 to September 6, 2026 inclusive (London time).
The draw will take place at the end of the event, on September 7, 2026.
The results will be communicated to the winners by email within the following week.
Article 3 – Conditions of Participation
The Contest is open to any natural person of legal age.
Participation is free and without any purchase obligation.
May not participate:
- employees of Climbing District,
- partners or service providers involved in the event,
- as well as their immediate family members.
To participate, each participant must:

Register via the official “Open Days Reminder” form available on the Climbing District website, or by registering through the Weezevent pages dedicated to the September 2026 Open Days.

Agree to receive email communications from Climbing District (events, offers and news).
Any incomplete, incorrect, or late participation will be considered invalid.
Article 4 – Selection of Winners
A random draw will be conducted among all valid entries recorded during the Contest period.
Three (3) winners will be selected and notified by email at the address provided during registration.
If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
Article 5 – Prize and Award Conditions
The Competition offers the following Arc’teryx prizes: the first winner drawn will receive a Carrier Duffle 100 travel bag; the second, a Konseal; the third, a backpack; and the fourth, fifth and sixth winners will each receive a harness.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable, either in kind or in cash value.
Article 6 – Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable for:
- any technical malfunctions affecting the Contest,
- data loss, transmission errors, or emails not received,
- any incidents occurring during participation or the provision of the prize.
In the event of force majeure, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Contest without incurring liability.
Article 7 – Personal Data
The data collected is processed by Climbing District in accordance with the GDPR and is required for:
- managing participation,
- conducting the draw,
- communicating with winners,
- the possible sending of marketing communications (subject to consent).
Data is retained for 3 years after the last interaction.
Each participant has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, and portability by writing to:

Article 8 – Consultation of the Rules
The full rules are available free of charge on the website www.climbingdistrict.uk throughout the duration of the Contest.

Article 9 – Governing Law and Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution.
Failing an amicable resolution, the courts of London, England, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Article 10 – Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in the Contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
