What is TBA4?

TBA4 is an international pro & amateur bouldering competition held in Paris this November.
🇬🇧 Two adult teams from the UK will qualify to compete — with travel and 2 nights’ accommodation fully covered.

Competition Categories

ADULT SAME-SEX TEAMS

Teams of 2 climbers, same gender pairing. Eligible for podium prizes and qualification to the UK Finals and TBA4 in Paris.

ADULT MIXED-SEX TEAMS

Open to all gender pairings. Not eligible for UK Finals or Paris qualification, but can still compete in the qualifier round and win podium prizes based on their score across the 20 blocs.

YOUTH DIVISION (14–17 years)

Same structure as mixed teams — not eligible for UK Finals or Paris qualification, but podiums and prizes are awarded based on qualifier scores.

🏆 One all-male team and one all-female team from the UK will qualify to compete — with travel and two nights’ accommodation fully covered.

Schedule – What to Expect

🧗‍♂️ 20 comp-style blocs + 3 final blocs designed to challenge and inspire.

  • 10:00am — Qualifications start (all categories)

  • 4:00pm — Qualifications end (scorecards in)

  • 5:00pm — Finalists announced

  • 6:00–7:30pm — Finals

🎶 Extras: DJs, MC Ryan, buzzing crowd, raffle prizes, giveaways, podium celebrations, and drinks available on-site.

👀 Spectating is completely free — no ticket, punchcard, or membership required.

Competitors: Free with a valid day pass, punchcard, or membership.
🎟️ Every competitor receives a raffle ticket upon check-in.

That while tix are free, teams must still register via Weezevent under the “Tickets” section to take part in the comp.

Spectators: Free entry — no booking required.
